Reminder: the world is still slower than your screen.

Not drawing. Not performing. Just grounding through texture, image and quiet attention.

About

Held by someone
who has walked the path too.

Innerscapism is a practice of returning.
To the body, to place, to the parts of yourself that got quiet during loss or burnout. Sessions blend simple art-making (collage, texture transfer, mark-making) with reflective conversation, no artistic skill required.

Every practice is an invitation, never a performance.
You bring your hands and your attention, the rest unfolds.
